喷涂施工后的棚板，待其完全干燥后，方可使用．

坯体置于棚板上，需特别注意坯体需完全干燥，产品底部接触棚板部分，就将釉料擦拭干净，以免粘瓷．

台车装载时，耐火柱宜保持一直线，以免因支撑点不同，而影响棚板的寿命．

台车装载时棚板与棚板之间的距离，视坯体高度给予保留适当空隙，１０－２０ｍｍ为宜，坯与坯之间也需保留适当间隙，不可挤在一起或集中在某处，使窑内燃烧的火焰及空气对流更加顺畅．

棚板正常使用时切忌急速冷及急速热升温，以免棚板龟裂，因此在烧成时间及温度的设定应特别注意．
